Wade Lee is a Jacksonville-based hairstylist with over 20 years of experience in haircutting, editorial work, and education. His background spans the salon, fashion, and entertainment worlds, shaping a precise, thoughtful approach rooted in structure, balance, and longevity.

A trained master hair cutter and former salon owner, Wade brings an editorial eye to everyday hair, creating tailored cuts that feel intentional, wearable, and quietly confident. His work is informed by years of teaching and high-level experience, but always grounded in the reality of how people actually live in their hair.

Outside of the salon, Wade works full-time as a gardener at the Cummer Museum, where he helps care for and shape the museum’s historic gardens. His connection to nature deeply influences his work behind the chair, bringing patience, rhythm, and an appreciation for growth into everything he creates.
