Each of our artists has an individual hourly rate, reflecting the skill, time, and magic they bestow into curating your look. We schedule sessions based on the time it takes to achieve your hair goals so your stylist can give you their full, undivided attention. There is no double-booking hustle here; we like to keep things one-on-one. We are transparent with our pricing, so there are no surprises at the end of your session.

Model Call
Working with hair models is something we do continually to showcase our education and process.
Model sessions are provided at a discounted rate, and sometimes at zero cost. If you are interested in participating, please apply below.

Robot Receptionist
Once you’ve decided which artist you’d like to work with, choose a session duration that works best for your hair goals and/or your budget.
If you are unsure of the amount of time you will need, contact your preferred artist directly from their profile page.

Consultations
Each session includes time for a consultation so we can figure out your hair goals and preferences. This is why we ask that all guests who are new to their artist and returning guests, seeking a new look, book extra time. You can also reach out to your preferred artist for a virtual consultation.

New Guests
A “new guest” is defined as any human who is new to the particular artist or if it has been more than 12 months since your last visit with your preferred artist.
If you are new here, please select sessions with a description labeled as “new guest.”

Maintenance Services
What about a bang trim or neck shave? At Beauty Junkie, we reserve maintenance services for our existing guests. If you need a tweak, you can request a private link from your artist or shoot the salon a text.

Cancelation Policy
Beauty Junkie kindly asks for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Same-day cancellations or “no-show” appointments will be subject to a 50% charge. Please use the button in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you can not utilize the email, text the salon.

Running Late?
All prices are based on time. The clock starts when the appointment reservation begins, not when you arrive. If you arrive late, your artist will do what they can with the time that remains. If there isn’t enough time for any portion of your appointment, you will be subject to a no-show fee.

Adjustments
At Beauty Junkie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely thrilled with your recent appointment, please contact your artist within 7 days to schedule a complimentary adjustment. However, we kindly note that free adjustments do not apply to changes of mind.

Refunds
We kindly ask clients to note that all salon services and extension hair purchases are considered final sales. As a policy, we are unable to offer refunds or partial payments for services once rendered. However, we’re happy to provide adjustments at no cost within 7 days of your service to ensure you love your look. Thank you for supporting our commitment to quality and care.
