Policies and Procedures for any and all Client(s) (“Client”) of Edgewood Parlour LLC, DBA: Beauty Junkie ("Beauty Junkie").
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. Client agrees that this credit card may be charged subject to any and all policies listed below.
Cancellations, No-Shows, & Late Arrivals
Beauty Junkie will try to send confirmation of each appointment 72 hours before the appointment.
Each appointment is specifically tailored to the individual Client including any and all preparation time which will affect the overall schedule of the stylist. Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the expected hourly cost to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Charges are based on the hours booked and hourly cost for the scheduled service based on each stylist's rate; pricing for stylists is listed online.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment may not be able to receive the full service, may have to reschedule, or at the discretion of the stylist may be considered a no-show. If any service is provided, the Client agrees to be charged for the entire amount of time booked and any additional time accrued due to late arrival, regardless of the time of their arrival and the services received.
There are no returns or refunds for services performed.
*Expected Hourly cost is calculated as the individual stylist's rate listed on the website for the number of hours the appointment was scheduled for.
Refunds & Adjustments
All services rendered are considered to be Final Sales. At no time will the Client be refunded for any services or retail products purchased from Beauty Junkie. If the Client is dissatisfied with the outcome of their service, and any adjustments to the Client’s hair are required, the Client must notify Beauty Junkie of adjustments that need to be made to their hair within one week (7 days) following their date of service.
Hair Extensions
Beauty Junkie requires full payment for the cost of the extensions to be paid prior to booking the installation of the product (“Deposit”).
Deposit is non-refundable and must be paid when the appointment is scheduled. Clients will pay the total cost of the hair that Beauty Junkie quoted in addition to the Deposit.
Any quotes provided prior to installation are estimates only, Beauty Junkie reserves the right to make necessary changes if the need arises. Including but not limited to, the need to add additional hair charges, and the client will pay for the additional hair at the time of service.
The quoted amount of hair may not be fully used, any hair not used will be released to the Client.
The Deposit will be applied towards the total cost of services Beauty Junkie provides, including the cost of styling the hair.
New extension clients who cancel their appointment before 48 hours of the scheduled time, will be able to take home any brand and/or hair purchased.
There are no refunds for Deposits and other hair product purchases.

Email Communication
We use 3rd party email applications for scheduling, confirmations, news, and marketing purposes. When you consent to our terms of service, you are giving Beauty Junkie consent to contact you via email. You may opt out by using the unsubscribe button at any time. Please note that by doing so, you will not be given any warning about future price increases or policy changes.
