Who is our ideal candidate?

We are looking for creative applicants with authenticity, emotional intelligence, and effective critical thinking skills. Additionally, we value artists that are expert “people persons” with the capability to attract and retain customers. This requires dedicated professionalism, unwavering dependability, superior interpersonal skills, and conversational ability.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Cosmetology and/or Barber License

  • High school graduation or equivalent is preferred

  • Previous experience as a dedicated hair stylist or colorist

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Creative mindset and a good eye for design

  • Unbiased about race, gender, and sexual orientation

Responsibilities:

  • Power to produce some badass hair

  • Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards

  • Managing bookings, welcoming clients, and checking out customers
